The Safari Operator is Bavu's specialist advisory practice for the safari and hospitality industry. It exists because the industry has a gap: most advisory work is done from the outside. This is advisory from the inside.

It suits lodges and operators who are running well but want to run better; destination businesses and tourism boards who need someone who understands the commercial reality of the sector; and organisations building for the next generation of African safari.
